Landed!

What a journey it has been to land in this moment! Today marks the day of my website launch for Soar with Sarah Yoga. I am elated to see my passion translate into a tangible (if media can be tangible) product. My hope is that I am far more easily accessible for my beloved yogis and I can gain more exposure to new yogis. Sharing my passion and love for such an impactful practice with others my ultimate goal. Every body, big or small, old or young, we all can access the bountiful benefits of yoga. Being connected to your inner self, breath, mind and soul is where the magic of transformation happens on your mat. At least it was for me;)
